GVRD Roofing did a great job on our commercial building. Guys were fantastic 7am starts and late days. So professional and very high quality. Not one of our tenants complained about noise or smell. I would highly recommend them.
I had Dan came over to look at water pooling and a minor leak on my torch-on flat roof. He gave me a quote, came back as agreed. The roof was fixed, flattened and new drain was added. I am happy with the work and the cost was reasonable. They fixed what was needed and it was done in a timely manner. I will be looking for them to do regular inspections in the future.
Chris and his GVRD Roofing team were very prompt at helping me out with cleaning my gutters and dealing with my leaking roof. He’s great at following up too. Would always recommend this company for dependable roofing repairs. Thanks again for your help!!
Had a missing vent cap cover on my roof that needed to be installed ASAP. Called GVRD on a Saturday, Dan showed up at the time he said he would on Sunday morning. Dan and Chris ended up quoting me something competitive to another quote I had received so I went ahead with having Dan proceed to add a new vent cap cover. While on the roof Dan identified my deteriorating roof caps and suggested I replace them soon to make the roof last longer. So he helped me secure down other vent caps to avoid having them get dislodged. Overall Dan was professional and a good communicator. I am grateful for GVRD’s immediate help on a weekend and highly recommend their services.
2022: When I noticed a leak in my bedroom, I contacted many roofers. Most did not get back to me. A few told me they were so busy, they had to turn customers away. GVRD Roofing stayed in touch with me and sent Marcos as soon as he had a spare moment. The repair took only 10 minutes, but I am so grateful to have it done. Marcos also said if I have any further problems, to just let him know. It was an overall excellent experience given the very difficult time we are having in BC right now with excessive rain and storms. I recommend GVRD Roofing Inc and thank the team for taking care of my roof.
2024: Because of the great service I got in 2022, when my roof leaked again this year, I contacted GVRD. Another amazing job. Roof leak is repaired and at the same time, the team replaced some broken vent and plumbing stacks and cleaned the moss from the roof for a very fair price. I hope my roof will hold out for another ten years. Thank you. I highly recommend GVRD Roofing Inc.
Before calling GVRD Roofing, we had called other roofing companies but they took ages to respond. When we called GVRD Chris was quick to respond. He sent someone, Abid, to come inspect our flat roof leak. Abid was very professional and arranged to fix the leak within a week. Overall, very satisfied with the response time and service.
We have an old roof that developed a leak last December. We chose GVRD based on these reviews, and they fixed the problem promptly. When it came to replacing the roof this summer, we didn’t hesitate to use GVRD again. Chris and Regan were easy to work with. After the initial inquiry, we got a detailed quote in about a week. The entire roof was done in 3 business days. They tidied up nicely and everything looks great!
Three years ago, Chris came right away to fix our leaky roof and at the most competitive price we were quoted. That job on our old home was done quickly and so when we needed a new roof on a different home we knew who to call. Again, Chris was right on it. Friendly, reliable and the best price I could find. I highly recommend GVRD!
Thank you so much Chris for helping us address a persistent leak! GVRD Roofing was quick to respond to my call and got someone out to take a look and assess the problem the same day. They sent us pictures showing where they felt the issue was and listed the work that they anticipated needed to be done. They did a quick fix right away to stop the leak with a plan to come back to do a more complete repair later. The work paid off, and now – no more leak! Chris is dedicated to providing quality work, and is flexible and easy to work with. I highly recommend GVRD Roofing for fast and reliable roofing needs.
Thanks!

Our old roof started to leak around the New Year, when it was hard to find a roofing contractor. We were lucky to call Chris – Chris sent his team as soon as possible, adding our repair to his already busy schedule. Chris kept us informed about the roof conditions and the repair details.
When we were looking to replace the roof and the gutters a few months later, Chris’s quote was exceptional compared to competing quotes. His crew did a perfect job; Chris was supportive throughout the roof replacement work, promptly answered our numerous questions, and made sure we were satisfied with the job, making required adjustments on the fly. Many thanks, Chris and the team!
